SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by MKS Supply, LLC, Dayton, Ohio (the "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes shall not be published without the written permission of the Sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry (the "Entrant"). Each Entrant must provide a telephone number and e-mail address with which they can be reached on the Selection Date at time of entry. The Entrant who is selected as the potential grand prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") must have a valid driver's license and a unique, personal, and valid social security number for Sponsor (defined below) to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the grand prize ("Grand Prize") defined below. Valid social security numbers will be determined by IRS requirements as further defined in these Official Rules.

Officers, directors, managers and employees of the Sponsor, and each of its affiliates and related companies, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person and any others engaged in the development, production, executions or distribution of this Sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes is void wherever restricted or prohibited by law.

TO ENTER: There is one (1) way to enter into the Sweepstakes as outlined below and there is a limit of one (1) entry per Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period.

Online Entry Form via the Website: To enter, visit www.barnaulammo.com (the "Website") during the Sweepstakes Period and click on the Sweepstakes link to be directed to the official online entry form (the "Entry Form"). Then, complete the Entry Form in its entirety including your first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, including area code, date of birth, address, city, state and zip code. Upon clicking the "Submit" button, Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, email addresses and/or any other method will void that Entrant's entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account (provided via the Entry Form) is registered ("Authorized Account Holder"). The Authorized Account Holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted email address. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or damaged entries.

PRIZES: The Grand Prize Winner (defined below) will be awarded 500 rounds of the winners choice of 9mm Makarov (9x18), 9mm Luger, .45Auto, 5.45x39 OR .223Rem(5.56x45) OR .308Win(7.62x51) OR 7.62x54R (the "Grand Prize"). The total approximate retail value (the "ARV") of the Grand Prize is $100.00. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Sponsor will bear the cost of delivery of the Grand Prize from Dayton, Ohio to each Grand Prize Winners address. Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the prize winner.

WINNING/NOTIFICATION: There will be one (1) random selection held on or about June 11, 2020 (the "Selection Date"). For the selection, one Entrants will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period and will become the "Potential Grand Prize Winner." Odds of being selected as the Potential Grand Prize Winner will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random selection will be conducted in the following manner: each entrant will be assigned a number and then one number out of the total range of entrant numbers will be selected by a third-party computerized randomizer. The Sponsor's decisions are based upon its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects.

THE POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED BY THE SPONSOR BY TELEPHONE AND E-MAIL BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1:30 P.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and 4:30 P.M. ET ON JUNE 11, 2020, SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION (the "Notification"). Notifications will not be left on answering machines/voicemail. In the event the Sponsor cannot reach a potential grand prize winner via the Notification after two (2) attempts are made by telephone and 48 hours have passed without an e-mail response, or if it is determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that a Potential Grand Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, an alternate Potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in the same manner described above and will be notified as outlined above.

GRAND PRIZE CLAIMS: Except where prohibited, the Potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to Sponsor, by the date indicated, an IRS Form W-9 in order to claim the Grand Prize. If the Potential Grand Prize Winner fails to sign and return the IRS Form W-9 within the required time period, the Potential Grand Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the Grand Prize and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all Entrants. Potential Grand Prize Winner must report income to the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS"). In the event it is deemed during the verification process that Potential Grand Prize Winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the Grand Prize, Potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Grand Prize Winner selected as outlined above. This process shall continue until a potential Grand Prize Winner is identified who is able to meet all eligibility and other conditions of the Sweepstakes, and that Entrant will be declared the "Grand Prize Winner" and awarded the Grand Prize. Valid social security numbers will be determined by IRS requirements.

GENERAL CONDITION: Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole discretion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the Sweepstakes in a manner which in its sole discretion is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted at the Website. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or reject incomplete inaccurate or false entry. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONITITURE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

RELEASE: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, MKS Supply, LLC, and each of its respective officers, directors, managers, employees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates agents, members, shareholders, insurers, servants, division predecessors, successors, representatives, dealers, distributors, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, consultants and legal advisor (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, redemption or use of any Prize.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a); unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (b) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (c) any property loss, damage, personal injury or death, in connection with the Grand Prize provided pursuant to this Sweepstakes and/or any person's participation in the Sweepstakes; (d) any printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes related materials; (e) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, applicable; and (f) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, mobile device, cable, network, hardware or software (including Entrant's particular wireless device carrier network), hardware or software. All federal, state and local regulation apply.

ENTRANTS' PERSONAL INFORMATION: By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his or her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. Further, each Entrant grants Sponsor permission to contact him or her for marketing or promotional purposes in the course of Sponsor's business.

WINNER'S LIST: For the name of the Grand Prize Winner, please submit a self-addressed, stamped envelope for receipt not later than June 10, 2020 to "BarnauL Ammunition February Ammo Giveaway ", 8611-A North Dixie Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45414.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS:

The Grand Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective affiliate companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor.
